Strong revenue & headcount growth, deals and hiring make up the bulk of management time. Not a ton of deliberate focus on practice.

Great and experienced leadership team. The product is the best in the market and we outperform the competition. The velocity of deals is not high for Mid Market or Enterprise. It comes down to trying to close 4-6 deals per year in order to hit quota. The inbound flow is non existent and it's very difficult to generate pipeline.
