Despite being a remote-first company, the leadership is actively prioritizing ways to enhance team bonding activities, which speaks volumes about their commitment to fostering a supportive environment.
While the compensation for a BDR role is fair, there are challenges with meeting quotas, as it relies heavily on the Sales Directors' readiness to move or qualify opportunities. However, despite these hurdles, I genuinely believe in the company's mission and vision.
Overall, CallMiner is more than just a workplace to me; it's a place where I see myself growing and thriving for years to come.
