Awful leadership top to bottom. Believe they can sell to anyone so there is no ICP. No ICP meant no one really had a playbook on who to sell to.

My overall experience is the company is complete smoke and mirrors. They make things extremely more difficult than they need to be here. There is absolutely no team work and everyone points fingers to blame.

Product has very little AI. Sweat shop masked with fancy AI marketing tool. Super hard to sell. Managers don’t listen to feedback, often threaten to fire if numbers are not met. Super toxic working environment. Please avoid if you have other options.
