Dumpster fire. Product is fake. CEO / founders literally being investigated for money laundering / fraud. Product is not real. Company is a service not a product. Outsources app development to low cost and poor quality developers in India and other places. Customers area almost always unhappy with their purchase. No reps hit quota. Commission plan is a joke / scam. Many people at company think it's a ponzi / money laundering operation

A team with little training from management and out of the world quotas. These high quotas are just put in place to get people through the door and think they will be payed more than they actually do.
