Love the company. Base is low but the comp structure is great. Once you land new prospects you'll forget about the base pay.

My overall experience was great. You can make quite a bit of money straight out of college, if you are put in the right situation. Base salary is the lowest of lows, and when you make $1,000,000 for the company, you only get a $5,000 base increase. Good culture, they all mean really well, I recommend for your first job to learn the tech industry.
