Good stepping stone opportunity. That's about it. Incredibly low base salary that only attracts recent graduates.

My overall experience was great. You can make quite a bit of money straight out of college, if you are put in the right situation. Base salary is the lowest of lows, and when you make $1,000,000 for the company, you only get a $5,000 base increase. Good culture, they all mean really well, I recommend for your first job to learn the tech industry.
