My overall experience was great. You can make quite a bit of money straight out of college, if you are put in the right situation. Base salary is the lowest of lows, and when you make $1,000,000 for the company, you only get a $5,000 base increase. Good culture, they all mean really well, I recommend for your first job to learn the tech industry.

unfair, imbalanced territories attempts to compete with large technology integrators but the services don't align aka pushing our services onto a customer against their own best interest horrible commission structure unethical leadership and culty vibe
