Product fit is amazing. The best early childcare app in the industry. Once people show to demo's, the product essentially sells itself. Great remote culture. That being said, only a good environment for sales reps if you are just starting out. You will gain a lot of grit and experience but the pay is severely below industry standard for the job. Very cut throat sales floor. Heavily recycled leads. Calling into programs that have gotten the same call from 10 other reps over the last year.

Overall Brightwheel does offer an incredible product. It's a great fit for the market. The issue was in the leadership, sales specifically. There was a MASSIVE lack of transparency as to what was going on in the company. brightwheel is by far the best employer I've ever had. The management staff gives constructive feedback that allows for the growth and development of their staff and leadership always tries to do what's right by their employees.
