Still new to the company but they have an excellent training regiment with the enablement team. The training is comprehensive and helps for all sales experience levels. Some other hires didn't have closing experience, and some did. The training has helped me get familiar with the company, product, market and industry. Base pay of $45k for a AE is low and that is firm (recruiter said they wouldn't budge) but earning potential for top reps does look accurate to be around $99k for OTC.

Great place to learn how to sell. great product and team culture but compensation package is on the low side for saas. Amazing benefits outside of pay.

Overall Brightwheel does offer an incredible product. It's a great fit for the market. The issue was in the leadership, sales specifically. There was a MASSIVE lack of transparency as to what was going on in the company.
