Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall Brightwheel does offer an incredible product. It's a great fit for the market. The issue was in the leadership, sales specifically. There was a MASSIVE lack of transparency as to what was going on in the company. Anytime questions were asked, they were dodged quickly and told "Changes are coming that will have a positive impact on the sales team." But those changes were far from positive. They made huge changes to comp that actually made AE's make LESS money each month. Not an honest company, at least to their employees.
