Company fired most upper management, CFO's, and mid level managers. Restructured comp plan, prioritizing better leads for over performers, and leaving some in a hole. Was a great company in early 2022-2023 and has created a culture of stress and money driven in the early education sector.

Ehhh. Defnitely not a money maker. Sets unrealistic OTE to get people in the door.
