Company fired most upper management, CFO's, and mid level managers. Restructured comp plan, prioritizing better leads for over performers, and leaving some in a hole. Was a great company in early 2022-2023 and has created a culture of stress and money driven in the early education sector.

Overall Brightwheel does offer an incredible product. It's a great fit for the market. The issue was in the leadership, sales specifically. There was a MASSIVE lack of transparency as to what was going on in the company. It had been a good place to learn sales but constant change in leadership makes it difficult to grow when they repeat the mistakes of past leadership teams.
