Great vision and everything they do for students is great but with a struggling market and non essential product for schools, the company struggles to be profitable. Expect layoffs multiple time a year if a solution isn't found

Mission driven sales team that is continuously figuring out their product-market fit. With the decline of federal funding in response to COVID, the organization has struggled to hit revenue targets at the individual and team level for over a year.
