It had been a good place to learn sales but constant change in leadership makes it difficult to grow when they repeat the mistakes of past leadership teams. Quotas and expectations grow each month and the response of leadership is always to hire more reps to close more new business, instead of training the reps on hand to close more. Brightwheel is good for people trying to break into SaaS sales, but base pay and OTE is not in line for experienced SaaS AEs.
