Management are dropping like flies. They turn and burn people here. Super cutthroat. Very smart and talented leaders but they tend to be resistant to new ideas and let them flourish.

Many changes are occurring at the company, including a new CRO and leadership changes. Also, with a new consumption-based approach, we're asked to sell net new, onboard, and drive spending simultaneously. They have no idea what they're doing upmarket. Really disappointing they brought on so many reps without a strategy.
