This is related to my former question regarding the pay structure and PTO. Unfortunately, Repvue is yet to introduce a reply feature, which would be nice. I've heard a number of times now that it's not recommended to work as an SDR here. Why would you not recommend being an SDR at Brex?

The way the recruiter made the base pay sound, I wasn't quite sure if she meant they pay SDRs a salary and then hourly for overtime, or if it's always hourly. Any clarification would be welcome! I am also curious to know how that impacts PTO, and how much of that there is.
