More QuestionsThe way the recruiter made the base pay sound, I wasn't quite sure if she meant they pay SDRs a salary and then hourly for overtime, or if it's always hourly.
Any clarification would be welcome!
I am also curious to know how that impacts PTO, and how much of that there is.Seeing 20% RIF news at Brex? How much of that hit the GTM team?
