They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.

Also, with a new consumption-based approach, we're asked to sell net new, onboard, and drive spending simultaneously.
