They say they have a culture of "growth mindset" however, no one takes feedback and it is a "my way or the highway" type of environment. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Current Employee3.1Sep 25, 2024Management are dropping like flies. They turn and burn people here. Super cutthroat. Very smart and talented leaders but they tend to be resistant to new ideas and let them flourish.
