By far the worst professional experience of my career. Management is extremely inexperienced and there is a culture of micro-management. They say they have a culture of "growth mindset" however, no one takes feedback and it is a "my way or the highway" type of environment. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Brex is a fun and exciting place to work. Like every company, there are some things that are frustrating but it is overall a great place to work!
