Braze has a great tech stack, however, it's very challenging to disrupt Adobe and Salesforce. In addition, Braze spends more time being caught up in contracts, legal and finance rather than working aggressively to build a strong sales pipeline.

Braze sits in a saturated and complex space, with many products doing the very same. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity if you land a B2C organization but these sales cycles will take 12+ months.
