Boomi was a great company to work for until recently. There used to be a ton of inbound leads but they have over hired and flooded the territory with reps. The compensation plans are great though but it’s getting more challenging to hit your number.

Great experience so far and great leadership. I just wish marketing had planned better for lead generation and there was a more sensible ramp planned.

Boomi is an absolute dumpster fire. Sales is a clown show, but run by clowns in training . . . These dudes are all ex-Mulesoft mouthbreathers who couldn't sell there way out of a box.
