It extremely hard to hit quota, especially in the commercial market, where less than 5% of reps are hitting annual numbers. Frequent layoffs all over the organization as well.

No collaboration, other departments blamed for lack of sales accountability, no sales strategy from leadership. No account planning. Seems to be a travel show by the ELT who deliver no vision no direction. Definite nose dive since leaving Dell.
