BlackLine was once a superb company, but recent executive leadership went on a spending spree which hobbled Development and Sales. The company has no idea how to integratrate recent purchase, and the Founder has come back to try to rescue the ship. I think it's too late: competition is eating away at a space that BlackLine used to own, and they've been very effective. They've had two substantial layoffs in 8 months and, I suspect, that isn't over.

The founder is back in leadership and I have confidence in the direction the company is headed in. BlackLine is still a leader in a niche market. If you know how to sell to the office of the CFO, you will be successful.
