Former Employee Company has been in a restructuring phase for the past 3 years. Changed of leadership multiple times with no clear direction. No valuable training. Management 1:1’s are not a good use of time. Just a “pulse” check in. Absolutely no valuable feedback. Management is more worried about their career than your success. Extremely limited upward mobility. Company is struggling and not in a position to hire within the BDR org, due to limited resources/training. Incentive plan designed to pay less every year. Treat the BDR’s as high school kids rather than professionals. No overtime even with increased workload. AE’s don’t respect the BDR’s. Browse Other Reviews
