Company has been in a restructuring phase for the past 3 years. Changed of leadership multiple times with no clear direction. No valuable training. Management 1:1’s are not a good use of time. Just a “pulse” check in. Absolutely no valuable feedback. Management is more worried about their career than your success. Extremely limited upward mobility. Company is struggling and not in a position to hire within the BDR org, due to limited resources/training. Incentive plan designed to pay less every year. Treat the BDR’s as high school kids rather than professionals. No overtime even with increased workload. AE’s don’t respect the BDR’s.

BlackLine is a sinking ship. A chaotic mess and they can't seem to figure it out. Product fit is so so and so are leads. Stay away

Experience was mediocre. Got good training but the territories were stupid. I had a max of 500 account. Others had 4,000 and we were on the same quota. Made no sense. I ran out of stuff to do after 6 quarters with only 500 accounts and took their training to a competitor. Still there and doing well.
