Decent overall experience, strong local team although like with most US based companies it is hard to work with the US team or get them to understand our market or make changes for Australia.

By far the worst professional experience I've had to date. An embarrassment of an organisation. There is a reason why the average tenure is between 6-9 months. They don't even give you company laptops because the turnover is so high. I've never seen micro management like it. The wolf of wall street sales approach is so outdated. what started off as a beautiful experience turned into a nightmare. amazing product, terrible management and leadership. Culture is not ideal and you will be put on a PIP quicker than they give you praise
