Current Employee3.1Dec 13, 2023Leadership is terrible but benefits are good for non-in-office employees.
Former Employee1.0Nov 1, 2023My overall experience at Birdeye was awful. HR and my manager signed off on 2.5 weeks of PTO for my Wedding and Honeymoon. When I returned I was fired out of the blue for not hitting quota. They clearly lied and deceived me that I would be "okay" since it is a "life event". Do not work at this company, worst management from a company I have ever seen.

Current Employee2.7Apr 21, 2024Lots of senior leadership changes within the sales org. Assigned book of business requires a lot of research to understand who the best accounts are to prospect. Shifting marketing priorities and initiatives that seem to be experimental. Great product and passionate product marketing but very few reps are consistently hitting their targets.

Former Employee2.3Jul 24, 2024They treat the sales team like an inbound call center. Absurd metrics and minimal support. Rapidly changing processes that rarely aid the sales cycle. The platform's different products are all individual commodities but rarely does a larger business want all of the products.
