Current Employee Mixed feelings about Birdeye. The people on my team were great, my manager was great, the product is good. The compensation was awful, 15% of AEs hit quota any given month, and the worst part by far was the clawbacks. The post sales process, especially for SMB, is really, really bad, and puts a lot of the responsibility to save accounts back on the reps. This lead to a ton of PIPs and turnover. 75% of the reps that were there when I started were gone within a year.
Its a great gig if you are an SDR wanting to start as an AE. However, if you have real SaaS AE experience, I recommend looking for something better. Browse Other Reviews
