I have grown my career and skills at Birdeye.com. I have moved from individual contributor to manager, to a full executive. I have learned how to work with customers in a way I never could have at my previous employer. I have also been able to grow my hiring skills. I have watched the management team take the company to an amazing market position. All of this has positively impacted me and made my career skills more valuable than ever before. I get calls for different positions all the time, and they are increasingly exciting. But, when I compare them again where birdeye.com can take me, well, then I would be a fool to leave.

what started off as a beautiful experience turned into a nightmare. amazing product, terrible management and leadership. Culture is not ideal and you will be put on a PIP quicker than they give you praise

overall a good experience. When sales are down, management gets a bit micromanagy and tries to control everything. They are obsessed with email outreach and overthink it at every turn. But mostly a good experience. They give you the tools to hit your quota. Up to you to make it happen. I hit quota almost every single month.
