My overall experience was quite poor - particularly on the product innovation side. 4 attempts at a consolidated platform, and none successful. Multiple changes in strategy and direction. Poor compensation compared to others - no options unless you co-invest your own money, or are a manager.

Good team, tough market now with us being one of the most expensive Remote Support tools available. It’s a good one but people won’t pay in SMB space
