There were reps who were very much advanced in the role and were not given the opportunity to show their skill and ability to handle complex sales cycles with this particular portfolio simply based on their time with the company. Given the opportunity to close smaller deals, I believe, would give sales reps the opportunity to excel in their mastery of the skill set and ultimately produce for the company. Browse Other Reviews
