My overall experience was quite poor - particularly on the product innovation side. 4 attempts at a consolidated platform, and none successful. Multiple changes in strategy and direction. Poor compensation compared to others - no options unless you co-invest your own money, or are a manager.

Very based on a timeline and not on individual skill. There were reps who were very much advanced in the role and were not given the opportunity to show their skill and ability to handle complex sales cycles with this particular portfolio simply based on their time with the company.
