My overall experience at Bandwidth was fairly positive. Bandwidth has (IMO) excellent culture and really prides itself on picking solid team members or as they call them "Bandmates". The CEO, David Morkin, is an extremely humble and nice individual. At the time, I was a lowly Enterprise BDR and when I met David, he said "oh yes, first name, you graduated from App State right?" I was totally blown away by this. Apparently, he researches all the new hires on the sales team before they begin, which I find hard to believe but could be true based on my experience with him. Bandwidth offers excellent training for their new hires and is great with giving their sales team the resources needed to be successful. On the flip side, telecom is (again IMO) a difficult market to sell into. Enterprise orgs find their telecom solution and unless something drastically goes wrong, they are not looking to change. Like every sales job, its a grind. Unfortunately thought the market is just not as hot as it was during covid and thus the cooling effect has limited the success most sellers are going to see.
