Extremely saturated market. Sales compensation plan became so insulting and unethical they set up reps for failure for excuse to PIP people. Quotas were unattainable because they over hired 2 years ago.

Coworkers were great. My direct manager was amazing but that’s not the case with all managers. Leadership made some decision that were less than ideal. The training you get will be amazing though.
