Mixed feelings. Leadership is forcing return to office in January. Hopefully some reps will leave and open opportunities to move up. New CRO sure thinks a lot of himself. As of right now promotion is a moving target. In Feb they raised quotas and also employee counts that you work with. Then lowered employee counts, but left quotas. ?!? Quota attainment is awful. Teammates are awesome. Product is Great!

BambooHR is a great standalone HRIS but the industry is moving to an HRIS + payroll solution. BambooHR’s payroll is incomplete and marketing is heavily pushing payroll which does not fit well for mid market- small enterprise.
