Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I’ve really been impressed with leadership and the amount of effort BambooHR puts into training their employees. There is a clear path to progression and promotions and the pay is fair as you move up in the organization. Really the only thing I wish BambooHR offered was quota relief for time off. But I’m really happy and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
