My experience was fairly good with BambooHR. What the rest of the reviews say about low compensation is true. Leadership is hit and miss. A very positive culture and a thriving company though. Nice that it is hybrid (WFH Monday's and Friday's) and you can learn a fair amount about sales process but again depends on you leadership. If you can meet your needs with 45-55 k base and maybe an additional 10k (AE 1 numbers) then go for it. If you expect to make 100k+ you may would generally have to be AE 3 and above (Up to SAE3). Very competitive to move up levels as an AE since the floor is 100+ AES. As an SDR expect at least a year as a consistent top 5 percent rep to move up a level. Just one perspective but seems to be in line with many others.

The company is ok. I think they mean well - but they've been around for 15 years - world is a different place! 1.
