Great company to work for, great leadership, great benefits. Pay should be improved. There's some re-structuring in the sales org and hopefully it turns out to be for the better. Most sales reps work side gigs to supplement the lower pay.

My experience was fairly good with BambooHR. What the rest of the reviews say about low compensation is true. Leadership is hit and miss. A very positive culture and a thriving company though. Low paying but the work life balance is nice. If you don't like cold calling but like sales then this will be a decent job.

Saturated market with a product that has no key differentiators. Low pay for the position and leads are distributed by management to people they are friends with outside of work.
