I enjoy working at BambooHR and want to stay. I just wish they’d stop hiring AE’s so we would have more inbound leads. The quantity is NOT enough and quality is hit and miss.

Have Loved working here! It's been incredible and the culture and teamwork and support from my direct manager's has been amazing. The Sales Org has complicated commissions and the multiplier isn't very incentivizing. They have also broken out roles in the last year making it very difficult to get promoted but pretty easy to get demoted.
