Client Solutions EVP, Bob, is awful. Doesn't care about the people on his team, has no idea how to run a sales org, and does nothing to develop his team. Strongly recommend avoiding BairesDev unless it's your only option.

BairesDev is a sinking ship. So sad to see. They were really great, but they've completely lost direction, and they are laying off people left and right. They grew too fast, and they didn't know how to manage in this environment.
