Offer high base but no one hits quota, 10% currently. Poor experience. Very high turnover. Front line managers have a personal quota and prospect against you for accounts. Very odd. Immature sales leaders / motion.

BairesDev is a sinking ship. So sad to see. They were really great, but they've completely lost direction, and they are laying off people left and right. They grew too fast, and they didn't know how to manage in this environment.
