People are amazing and products while legacy are solid. The company was great until CRO changed. New CRO is a pitbull leader and does not care about people. The ship is going down fast and many talented professional are leaving.

Great company to work for as a BDR, however if you are based in Ireland there is no room to progress to an AE role. You will be required to relocate to the given country as there is no AE function in Ireland only inside sales. I generally had 1 very good year out of 3. The management team is very sales-oriented and puts sales people first. In recent years, however, the technical choices have been poor.
