Some teams do well but most do not. Very few reps hit their number last year and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.

Former Employee2.4May 20, 2024Like most companies, BMC can be great place to work but it really depends on what team you are on and what product you are selling. BMC has 3 pillars and DBA and iZoT do well but it’s tough being on DSOM as ServiceNow really dominates that space
