Good experience at Axway, the remuneration is very heterogeneous from one salesperson to another. Solid existing installed base, but complicated to do new business.

My initial view and months were good, with a good API and SaaS product and supportive UK VP - But once he left, it rapidly headed downhill under the new management.

Freedom from forecast calls! Axway has this figured out better than any company I've worked for. Only your manager has to attend the forecast calls. No more listening to other reps' bs and fantasies. it's glorious!

Spin off of Axway just finding their footing- Syncplicity, good product but needs a better go to market strategy.
