The company platform is amazing and solves a huge issue in the market. However the sales structure is a bit too politicized with people handling a managerial role for the first time and not knowing what to do . The sad part is that there's always this promise of upward mobility which was never respected on their end despite the reps over achieving their quota for many quarters , and this has led to a huge distrust towards the sales leadership.

Red flags! They will tell you their "no ahole" policy and the manager telling you will be the biggest ahole you'll ever meet and admits it. They took deals away to other regions, gave deals totally worked to new reps to fill their buckets, terrible OTE, no self-awareness . They are a transparent organization so that's a plus. On the sales side there has been a lot of changes, recent layoffs, a lot of good people left.
