If you're in a hiring process, be sure to ask about recent quarterly quota attainment + YoY turnover the specific team you'd be joining.

People who smile to your face and then say things behind others’ backs. The rumor mill is strong and favoritism is very apparent. The culture for a 30+ year old company is awful.
