Supermicro sales is the chaotic wild west where teams fight over accounts and the rules don't apply equally to everyone. There are no sales resources, support or tools, and leadership is lacking on all levels. Despite the tremendous growth, the CEO will not invest into the sales org. Disorganized, frustrating, chaotic. Needs new leadership in the worst way. Everyone is worried about stealing everyone else’s opportunities instead of generating their own. Management encourages this and our CEO just stated in a corporate meeting that this is intentional.
