Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This is not a well run company. They make great products and the Customer appetite is high, so you can win deals. But execution is horrible once a deal is closed due to archaic processes still in place after 20 years.
The Sales organizational structure wouldn't make it out of a Business 101 class. There are no geographic or vertical market territory assignments, so there is A LOT of infighting over Accounts. The head of Sales has been there 18 years, so these are processes he out in place, and they are brutally inefficient.
I joined here with so much promise given their industry leading AI platforms. I'm going to leave here disgruntled like so many others..
