My overall experience with Panduit is poor at best. The company culture is awful. There are racist and sexist jokes made at partner/customer meetings. There is management but not any true leadership. my overall experience is that they train you to stay with the company for as long as possible I was told when I got hired, you wont be rich but you will be forever employed
