Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience with Panduit is poor at best. The company culture is awful. There are racist and sexist jokes made at partner/customer meetings. There is management but not any true leadership. Panduit is top heavy with a VP whose vision only makes sense to himself. There is no commission, only a SIP bonus plan in which Panduit makes impossible to meet 100% of plan. They are not honest. They lie to get people in the door. They do NOT pay a livable wage, base plus SIP. I would not recommend Panduit to a friend, nor an enemy. There is no training or onboarding. They do not pay a livable wage. Terrible upper management (no leadership). There is no consistent job description. They do have any measurable KPIs. Lack of direction.
