This company has high compensation, but also quarterly turnover for the stock evaluation, all they care about is the EBITA, hire and fire with high turnover. Best company I've ever worked for, continuing to innovate and the social impact is huge. Axon is the biggest leader in Public safety device technology, and now taking over with software. But, the real win is the number of lives saved and people helped. That mission, it's contagious.

I worked here for five years and made fantastic money throughout my tenure. I left due to the ever changing compensation plans and increased micromanagement. Axon has a very low base compared to industry standards. Culture at Axon is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere. People are proud to work there and they create a fun work atmosphere.

Axon looks great from the outside looking in but the company is loaded with false promises and fake people. People who smile to your face and then say things behind others’ backs. This is a good org overall, but my experience was a big miss. Territories are rain-or-shine; many territories + target markets churning through reps. If you're in a hiring process, be sure to ask about recent quarterly quota attainment + YoY turnover the specific team you'd be joining.

Just wanted to share that only 4 East coast Inside sales reps hit quota Q3 2023 out of around 35-40 reps. Not sure how many hit quota on the West coast, but it concerns me with how low attainment is in inside sales.

Its easy to make 6 figures here, but you have to have super thick skin as the rules often change on a daily basis. It can be very chaotic, for both the rep and the supporting staff.

If you accept a position with this company you'll need to be a selfish seller to be successful. They burn through reps for a myriad of reason, if you go into it understanding you will never have job security then the pay-off is worth it. They have a great product and great customer base, but the culture blows.
